Ok, so I got on the scale this morning first thing and it said 169. Now I get on it and it say this! Just shows I'm getting to much salt, water weight..so I guess my correct weight is 166.6

That is about what I weigh now and I'm stuck! So this week I (finally) went back to my daily walking and even though I don't see results (yet) I feel so much better!
