Hi everyone :) hope we are all moving along with our weight loss journeys. Well I got on the scale today and it said 169.0 which means I have gained almost 4 pounds! wow thats not cool. Not sure how that happened but I am going to step up the work outs and try doing more salad instead of chicken and do tofu for a while.. here are my results
1/4/10 = 173.5
1/12/10=167.0
1/19/10=165.5
1/26/10= 165.5
2/2/10= 169
