Day 3 on Plan

Hello all :) 


Well I have done my 20 Minutes on the treadmill this morning . My Food so far has been Turkey, chicken , lettuce and veggies and the yogurt. I am keeping it simple and to the point. No frozen foods and no eating out right now. I cook my family there meals and just grill my chicken or pull out the frozen turkey i have in portions and pop in the microwave.I mean all I need is a protein , and veggies.. I had some brown rice in the freezer to if I need carbs.  I am also doing very low salt so that is the reason for no pre-packaged foods.  I am drinking water and alot of it which is nothing new to me, I never have been a soda drinker and I only drink Hot tea once a night before bed. I will log my dinner tonight as well.  My drive right now is really high and I feel a skinny me for summer :) Robin
