Day 4 On Plan

Hello all, 

Well I have spent most of my day in bed with a massive sinus headache. I have managed to print out a work out schedule to keep track of my daily work outs. You can find the free calendars here http://www.leadingtheweigh.com/ .

 I am putting stickers on my daily work outs and the time I spent on the treadmill or did weights . I was going to try and do the Wii biggest looser today but I don't think my head is going to let me, so off to the treadmill I go. I posted all my food intake for yesterday, even thoe it says Some Of What I eat, I forgot to change the button. Today I have had 3 eggs scrambled and piece of wheat toast. I'll have a salad after my work out.. I will post my daily food intact tonight.I am still working on doing a vlog on youtube. I can not get my videos to upload, not sure what the problem is but its just not working.. I will keep trying.. have a great day all..Robin

  1. I added all my workouts to my planner, I have 8 planned for this week and then I taped my activity calendar on the wall above my desk. I need stuff where I can see it!
