They have a Blackberry app, Itouch and Ipad plus online for my computer :) So this is how I will be tracking my food intake, water, walking and gym time. So at the end of every day I will do a screen shot of my food log so you can see what I am eating and my calorie intake .. I am super excited to be doing this and failure is not a option for me at all! oh I almost forgot . I had my Superman take my body measurements. So here we go.
My weight in yesterday was 172.8
My Bust is 44 inches
My Arms are 11 3/4
My waist is 40 Inches
My hips are 43 1/2
My thighs are both 25 inches..
There is the ugly truth :) I will try and take pictures tomorrow of my self also . If you have a favorite app for you blackberry for weight loss and tracking let me know please. Robin
