Well I posted my food intake for yesterday and I posted a picture of my workout calendar. Don't you love the snow flake :) So I was sitting here thinking that if I work out everyday this month and stay on plan, I need to treat my self to something nice. Maybe a trip to the nail salon for a mani and pedi, whichi have not done in forever. I have not worn acrylic nails in a couple years and really miss them. So I guess that will be my treat for this month.
I made some turkey curry yesterday with brown rice that was out of this world and Im thinking I will make alot more and freeze it. It makes so much food that I could eat on that for a week. Maybe make a big think of chicken noodle soup and other items I can store and freeze. I'm looking forward to my weight in this Saturday :) hope all this walking is doing me some good. Hope next week to start using weights to really kick it all up and really burn some fat. I want to be in a pair of shorts and bathing suit for summer so bad. The last 2 years I have just sat in the house because i look horrible and fat. Ready to change that.
