The week is almost done! I stepped on the scale today and I'm down 3 pounds so far this week. I've been really good at sticking to my workout schedule and have worked out 5 times this week. Working out is certainly making me tired *yawn*
I've been pretty lazy this week in the kitchen, eating pretty much the same thing and lots of chicken. Hopefully I'll find time to hunt down some recipes this weekend. I'm back to school this week so I'll need to pack lunch a few days a week, but the bigger problem will be finding time to eat it in between classes.
