Day 6 a Day late.

For some reason I did not post yesterday and I thought I did? I know I emailed the photo of my treadmill but I thought I did a post.. anywho, here is my food intake from 1/6/11.
I have managed to hit the treadmill everyday since starting my plan and watching and tracking everything I eat.. I hope my Sunday weigh in is good :)
