Well I started last week at 173.5 and today I am 167.0 .. so that is 6.5 lbs gone :) I am super happy with the loss and how easy this week has been. Really proud of my self for staying on track with my food journal,planning and getting on the Wii fit yesterday. All in all I'm super happy.Hope everyone else has had a great weigh week.

That is awesome Robin!! Are you going to WW meetings? I have all the materials but haven't made it to a meeting yet. I need to start journaling I know that! By the way all - My start weight from last week was 180, with my goal weight at 145 to 150. I'm 5' 8 1/2".
ReplyDeleteI did great yesterday until the evening came...I need to STOP after dinner, that's where I get into trouble. So tonight my "cut-off" time will be 7:00 pm - and then it's just water for the rest of the night.
Prejournaling helps me too...
Breakfast: Trader Joes Blueberry Oatmeal (2)
Snack: Apple (2), small latte (3)
Lunch: Wrap with hummus, lettuce, tomatoe (2), 2 tangerines (1)
Snack: Almonds (?? 2-4 pts, need to find my point finder)
predinner: 14 points with about 10 to go for dinner/snack
dinner: Garden Burger/sandwich thin bun w/lettuce & tomatoe (3)
steamed vegies, glass of milk (2), cheese on burger (3)
snack: lite popcorn (1-2pts)
That's my plan, I'll let you know tonight how I did with following it!
